Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain grease.
Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add potatoes, beef mixture, beans, tomatoes, soup, broth, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top during the last 15 minutes. Cover until melted.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
